.Charming house built about 100+ years ago. Up/Down duplex with oversized private driveway. You can park up to 2 vehicles.
You will be staying in the first floor.
. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.

. Fast WI-FI Internet Service (Fastest AT&T Fiber Optics - 1000 Mbps)

Summary: The house is ideally located for walking to St George St, as well as other St Augustine sites. Easy access to the trolley to sight see around the city. We took an uber anywhere we wanted to go further as we did not have a car. Uber rates were very reasonable. Even Ubered to the beach!Communication with home owner was excellent throughout stay. The home was appropriately sized for 3 of us. It did have a somewhat musty smell that we noticed each time we entered the home, however, we attributed it to the age of the house and the general weather in that area. We did expect access to the balcony as it was listed in description, however, the entire upstairs is apparently used by others (we never saw or heard them). Would definitely recommend if you’re basically looking for a clean, quaint place to lay your head.
